1. Don't argue for other people's weaknesses. Don't argue for your
own. When you make a mistake, admit it, correct it, and learn from
it--immediately.
2. ‘If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired of waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give a way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise;
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim,
If you meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same
And if you can with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And - which is more - you’ll be a Man,
3.If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you like to win but think you can't,
It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you're lost.
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow's will.
It's all in the state of mind.
If you think you are out classed, you are.
You've got to think high to rise.
You've got to be sure of your-self before
You can ever win the prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.
4. There is inside you
All of the potential
To be whatever you want to be;
All of the energy
To do whatever you want to do.
Imagine yourself as you would like to be,
Doing what you want to do,
And each day, take one step
Towards your dream.
And though at times it may seem too
difficult to continue,
Hold on to your dream.
One morning you will awake to find
That you are the person you dreamed of,
Doing what you wanted to do,
Simply because you had the courage
To believe in your potential
And to hold on to your dream.
5.
You cannot change the world,
But you can present the world with one improved person -
Yourself.
You can go to work on yourself to make yourself
Into the kind of person you admire and respect.
You can become a role model and set a standard for others.
You can control and discipline yourself to resist acting
Or speaking in a negative way
Toward anyone for any reason.
You can insist upon always doing things the loving way,
Rather than the hurtful way.
By doing these things each day,
You can continue on your journey
Toward becoming an exceptional human being.
6. Follow your dream.
Take one step at a time and don't settle for less,
Just continue to climb.
Follow your dream.
If you stumble, don't stop and lose sight of your goal
Press to the top.
For only on top can we see the whole view,
Can we see what we've done and what we can do;
Can we then have the vision to seek something new,
Press on.
Follow your dream.
6.Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
7. Often your tasks will be many,
And more than you think you can do.
Often the road will be rugged
And the hills insurmountable, too.
But always remember,
The hills ahead
Are never as steep as they seem,
And with Faith in your heart
Start upward
And climb 'til you reach your dream.
For nothing in life that is worthy
Is ever too hard to achieve
If you have the courage to try it,
And you have the faith to believe.
For faith is a force that is greater
Than knowledge or power or skill,
And many defeats turn to triumph
If you trust in God's wisdom and will.
For faith is a mover of mountains,
There's nothing that God cannot do,
So, start out today with faith in your heart,
And climb 'til your dream comes true!
8. When you bring value to every situation, you will be highly
regarded by those around you. All of your actions will be so
significant and appreciated that you will become a person of great
worth.
9. It's not unusual to fear what you have not yet learned or
encountered. Concentrate on confronting these feelings and use them to
your advantage. If you can succeed in doing the things you fear most,
you will become a truly courageous person.
10. When pursuing your goals keep in mind how much joy the actual
achievement will bring to you. Take one instance at a time, and learn
from each new venture. Overcome any obstacles along the way and you
will sail to your final destination.
11. It is better to love what you do and find occasional fault than
to never live happy at all. The entire motive for becoming a success
is to experience joy and self-satisfaction as you advance. If you
continue striving towards the things you are passionate about, you
will eventually
find what you are looking for.

Every great dream begins with a dreame
1. As you aspire to be more successful in life, your attitude towards
yourself and others will play a huge role. Positive people learn how
to handle life's challenges differently and use these opportunities to
grow. So can you!
Everyone wants a better life and if you are constantly working on self
improvement, you will develop more self-confidence, better self-esteem
and greater internal motivation to be the best. When you learn the
secrets of teamwork and leadership, interpersonal communication skills
and service, you can apply them to all aspects of your daily life.
2. Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have
within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for
the stars to change the world.
3. One thing always plays in my mind when I say “I’ll try.” It
reminds me to ask myself if I am committed to doing something or not.
If I’m not, then I shouldn’t say I’ll try. If it is something I want
to do, then I should commit all the way and say “I will do that” not
“I’ll try.”
4.Every time I do something that I am afraid to do, I have grown in my
confidence. Most often my fear is unfounded. When I’m planning my
projects and goals, I will ask myself “What could I do to make this
more successful, beyond what I originally thought? Why haven’t I
thought of this before? Is there something I’m afraid to do? Why?’
What are you afraid to do right now? What’s holding you back from
trying?
5. Don't be afraid to give your best to what seemingly are small jobs.
Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do
the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of
themselves.

Extract from the book :
Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal.
The conventional definition of management is getting work done through people, but real management is developing people through work.
People are definitely a company’s greatest asset. It doesn't make any difference whether the product is cars or cosmetics. A company is only as good as the people it keeps.
Surround yourself with the best people you can find, delegate authority, and don't interfere as long as the policy you've decided upon is being carried out
A good CEO is a man who isn't worried about his own career but rather the careers of those who work for him.
Good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive that everyone wants to get to work and deal with them.

Extract from the book :
Making your mark on the world for CEOs is hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. But it's not. It takes patience, it takes commitment, and it comes with plenty of failure along the way. The real test is not whether you avoid this failure, because you won't. It's whether you let it harden or shame you into inaction, or whether you learn from it; whether you choose to persevere.
Management is efficiency in climbing the ladder of success; leadership determines whether the ladder is leaning against the right wall. CEO is successful when Business is successfull.
